There are two levels of GRMT Practitioner Training:

- Level 2: Certification for conducting small group GRMT sessions
GRMT Level 1 Training Process
GRMT Practitioner Training is evidence-based, with published research demonstrating the effectiveness of the training process.
Level One Training provides you with certification to conduct individual sessions. Training is highly experiential and delivered in 3 phases:
Phase 1: 4-Day Training Workshop
A foundational intensive four-day immersion (typically delivered as one block) introducing the GRMT model, theory, and structured clinical method.
Phase 2: Supervised Peer Practice

Phase 3: Supervised Work With Volunteer Clients
Trainees conduct a series of GRMT sessions with volunteer clients. All sessions are video-recorded and used for supervision, refinement, and feedback.
GRMT Level 2 Training Process
Level Two Training provides you with certification to conduct small-group GRMT sessions. As with Level 1, Training is experiential and delivered in 3 phases:
Phase 1: 3-Day Training Workshop
An intensive three-day workshop introducing group GRMT facilitation theory and skills. Featuring 2 days of actual live small group facilitation with volunteer attendees.
Phase 2: Conducting a series of peer supported small groups
Each group session is video-recorded and reviewed with supervision.
